This booking service operates as an intermediary platform connecting travellers with independent vehicle suppliers operating in Mauritius. We display vehicle availability, process advance payments and issue booking vouchers. The rental agreement is formed directly between you and the supplier named in your voucher. Each supplier sets its own rates, vehicle condition standards, fuel policies, mileage limits and insurance coverage terms.
When you submit a reservation request through the platform, you authorize an advance payment by card to secure the booking. The voucher sent to your email address contains the supplier's contact details, pick-up instructions, confirmation number and the full terms applicable to your rental period. Any balance due, additional fees or optional extras are handled directly with the supplier according to the voucher conditions. We do not collect the full rental amount online.
The supplier named in your voucher is solely responsible for vehicle condition, roadworthiness, insurance coverage validity, customer service at the counter and all on-site operations. Disputes regarding vehicle quality, damage claims, traffic fines, fuel charges or late-return penalties must be resolved with that supplier. This platform does not own, maintain or inspect vehicles. We provide contact details in every voucher so you can reach the supplier directly before and during your rental.
You agree to provide accurate personal information, hold a valid driving licence recognised in Mauritius and meet any age or experience requirements stated in the voucher. Misrepresentation of driver details, fraudulent payment attempts or abusive conduct toward suppliers may result in booking cancellation without refund. You remain liable for traffic violations, parking fines and toll fees incurred during the rental period, even after returning the vehicle.
This service acts only as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for supplier insolvency, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, personal injury, delayed pick-ups or any loss arising from the rental itself. Our liability is limited to the advance payment amount you paid through the platform. Force majeure events - cyclones, port closures, airport shutdowns - release both parties from obligations without penalty.
Cancellation and modification policies vary by supplier and are detailed in your voucher. Requests to change dates, pick-up location or vehicle category must be submitted by email to the address shown in your booking confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel and the specific supplier's terms. Last-minute cancellations typically forfeit the advance payment.
We may update these conditions periodically to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance.
